Return Policy
COURSES, TASTERS AND OTHER CLASSES
Once you have registered/made payment for one of our courses, tasters or other classes, refunds are not available. We are happy to transfer your credit to another course or another person (new students only). We can also issue you with a gift voucher, or you can use the credit in our shop or by attending any of our events. Credit/gift vouchers are valid for 12 months unless otherwise agreed. This policy applies even when there are circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, a building fault or transport disruption.
ITEMS PURCHASED
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us within 7 days. Please note that the refund applies to items purchased in our shop not to courses, workshops or any other classes. All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@ilusionflamenca.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange . Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
