Ilusión Flamenca is an award-winning flamenco dance school based in Central London (Covent Garden and Euston/Kings Cross) since 1999. We offer flamenco classes for all ages and levels, including complete beginners. Our classes are held in professional central venues and are taught by teachers with decades of experience.
We are an international group of amateur and professional dancers who have been brought together by their love of flamenco.
Whether you’re a woman or a man, fresh-at-university or retired, flamenco can inspire confidence, coordination, and true joy in you. We welcome new students at different points in the year so don’t hesitate to get in touch – we can help you assess your level and pick the best class for you. We offer one-off sessions and full courses for complete beginners – absolutely no previous dancing experience is necessary. Our instructors are patient, professional, and committed to giving you an excellent first taste of this beautiful art form.
If the course you’re interested in has already started, don’t despair! Email us for advice and we will do our best to accommodate you! If there is no Taster scheduled you can join the regular Complete Beginners class at any point.
Sevillanas are the traditional music and dance of the city of Sevilla, Andalucía, and we offer regular sevillanas courses for both beginners and those wishing to improve on their existing skills.

We organise workshops for schools and clubs, teaching children about the basics of flamenco and practicing simple dance routines – whether you’re running a cultural festival or a term-end assembly, we can inject it with colour, music and dance!
